Amaco Glaze Workshop with Jennifer Hoolihan, May 23-24

Join us at Sullivan Pottery for a two day intensive Amaco glaze workshop, Sat & Sun May 23-24, 9am-4pm each day. Suitable for all skill levels, everyone is welcome! The focus will be experimenting with a wide range of cone 5/6 glaze lines like Potter’s Choice, Celadon, Satin Mattes, Potter’s Choice Fluxes and more. We will also use the new Kiln Ice, Crawls and spend time experimenting with the Ceramic Printing Inks!  Demonstrations on glaze application and surface decoration will be included. We will fire a kiln on Saturday and examine the results as a group on Sunday. Participants will need to bring 4-6 bisqueware pieces and test tiles for glazing. And don't forget a sack lunch and a drink. We'll have water, snacks, and a refrigerator you can use.
