Horse Hair Raku Workshop

Come learn about the traditional Navajo Horsehair raku technique and participate in a community firing. This technique is used by the Navajo to honor a horse or celebrate the birth of a horse. It uses the horse hair to imprint beautiful delicate line designs into the pottery. You can bring your own pieces to fire or pieces will be provided for you.
