About the event
Come enjoy participating in an outdoor raku firing with the crew from Sullivan Pottery. The results are atmospheric and challenging to control, making it an exciting and dynamic process. You can bring your own pieces or we will have pieces available for you to glaze, fire and put into reduction so it’s fun for all skill levels from beginner to expert, and is even suitable for those with no experience at all! This firing is outdoors, so dress accordingly for the weather. For safety, please wear closed toe shoes and thick material pants like denim or canvas. It’s a fun, social event, so you're welcome to bring snacks and beverages to share.
